Ada (WANG Xiaoli) holds a Doctor of Education from The University of Nottingham, a Master of Commerce degree in Professional Accounting from The University of Sydney and a BA in English for Science and Technology from South China University of Technology.

After graduating from the college, she worked for 3 international companies in Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Sydney. In 2007, she joined Shantou University and began teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Due to her passion for Chinese culture, she also completed TCSL(Teaching Chinese as a Second Language) training and received a professional certificate from Beijing Language and Culture University in 2011. She has been an experienced teacher of Advanced Chinese classes for over five years.
